Join Bill and learn how to move the paint around directly on the the canvas (the exciting way)
YOU can paint this way, neuroscience says it's true.
Bill has recently been very fortunate in sales and he attributes it to painting this exciting way and it is way more fun.
Why? You do not have to be perfect at first, you move the paint around loosely and with spontaneity and thinly with bigger brushes right away eventually building to lots of textures and layers.
As you hone in, you experiment with color pushing and contrast, edge work, palette knife and brush and and expressive angles and movements in your painting .Layer upon gorgeous layer.
If necessary you fall forward, scrape and restate like Sargent did all the time.
Bill will explain simple ways to design, and lead you through the painting , creating color harmonies, and honing in on light and shade and temperature shifts. How to do a bold stroke and make it fit in the painting. How failing fast and often frees us to grow more rapidly, the safety zone is a danger zone
There will be demonstration of the different types of light and how to paint atmosphere.
