6th Annual Georgia Color Plein Air Travels to Savannah

Georgia Color Plein Air, presented by Olmsted Arts, celebrates the tradition of painting outdoors (en plein air) and depicts the dramatic and distinct locales and landscapes. in Georgia. Propelled by the creative genius of Georgia’s most gifted plein air painters, Georgia Color is a sister event to the prestigious, Atlanta based, Olmsted Plein Air Invitational. The 2024 multi-day Georgia Color experience documents the beautiful public squares, old world architecture, the moss-laden live oaks of historic Savannah in watercolors, pastels, oils and acrylics. Awards will be given.

The mission of Olmsted Arts is to nurture the visual and cultural art education and experience through the art of plein air painting. We execute this mission through events, workshops, lectures and demonstrations by some of the most esteemed Artists in the USA.

We are pleased to present Georgia Color. At the center of the modern plein air movement, Georgia Color is making and documenting history.
